The Pittsburgh St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee operates as part of the Irish Society for Education and Charity, Inc., a private, 501 ( C ) 3 not-for-profit organization that accepts no public funding. All parade participants are considered to be invited guests of the Pittsburgh St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee. Sponsorship allow the parade to operate at full capacity every year.

Sponsorship packages are as follows:
Miss Smiling Irish Eyes Float/Car – ($2,000 donation plus the cost of float production/operation or car acquisition and decoration). Recognition on banner, event publicity, parade Web site, weekly social media mentions, starting in February.

Grand Marshal Float/Car – ($1,000 donation plus vehicle loan or float production/operation). The sponsor can feature one of its own vehicles with the Grand Marshall. Recognition on vehicle banners, parade Web site.

Review Stand Sponsorship – ($1,000 donation.) Recognition on review stand banners, VIP seating on review stand, recognition on parade Web Site.

Car Donor Sponsorship – Vehicles loaned to carry dignitary participants. Recognition on parade Web site.

Miss Smiling Irish Eyes Scholarship – ($1,000 donation.) A college scholarship for the 2011 Miss Smiling Irish Eyes honoree. Recognition on parade Web site and event publicity materials.

Green Sponsorships – These are $1,000 sponsorships from parade supporters. Recognition of parade Web site and on banners displayed along parade route.
